Sideman Release Agreement for Recording

Sideman Release Agreement for Recording

The Record Company must obtain a "sign-off" from everyone who contributes recording services as a musician or singer. Use this Sideman Release Agreement when the guest is signed to another record company.

Generally, an exclusive artist is precluded from performing for any other record company unless the Sideman's company specifically grants them permission to do so. You can credit the Sideman as appearing on your record, but you will not be allowed to feature the Sideman prominently on your record packaging or in your marketing materials. Also, you will need to provide a courtesy credit to the Sideman's record company.

Designed for use in all 50 states.
